Terms of Service
1. Publisher
FinanceOS is a trade name operated by Cmedia, registration number 324511757, Olei Hagardom 44, Tel Aviv 6986064, Israel. The service is accessible at financeos.cloud. Contact: contact@cmedia.click.
2. Purpose
FinanceOS is a SaaS invoicing software for freelancers and small businesses in France, Israel and the United Kingdom. It lets you issue invoices, manage reminders, export accounting entries and file VAT.
3. Access to the service
Access to the service requires the creation of a personal account. This account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Payments and billing
Paid plans (Pro EUR and Pro ILS) are sold and billed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (authorised reseller) for all purchases. Paddle processes payments, issues the payment receipt and handles applicable sales tax / VAT, as well as refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. Data
Data is stored on Supabase (European Union hosting) and encrypted at rest and in transit. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Liability
The user remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the tax and accounting data entered into the platform. FinanceOS provides the tools; filing decisions are the user's and, where applicable, their accountant's.
7. Termination
The user may delete their account at any time from the settings. Deletion triggers the irreversible erasure of the data within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply (e.g. 5 years for invoices).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Tel Aviv, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country of residence.
