Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments for FinanceOS paid plans (Pro EUR and Pro ILS) are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first charge, contact us and we will refund that payment in full.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email contact@cmedia.click, or use Paddle's buyer support linked from your payment receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription, at no cost. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to Pro features until then.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such rights apply, they prevail over this policy.
