1. Data controller

2. Data collected
Email and full name (account creation); billing data (legal name, company/registration number, VAT, address); content of invoices, quotes and clients; IP address and user-agent (technical logs, audit trail).
3. Purposes
Data is collected to provide the invoicing service: PDF issuance, email reminders, accounting exports and VAT filings.
4. Legal basis
Performance of the contract between the user and Cmedia, and legal obligations regarding the retention of accounting documents.
5. Retention period
Accounting data (invoices, entries) is kept for the period required by applicable law. Account data is kept while the account is active, then deleted within 30 days after closure (excluding documents subject to legal retention).
6. Hosting and processors
Database: Supabase (European Union). Frontend: Vercel (USA), framed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Transactional emails: Resend (USA, same clauses). Payments: Paddle.com (Merchant of Record).
7. Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@cmedia.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority (for EU residents, e.g. your national authority such as the CNIL in France).
8. Cookies
FinanceOS only uses technical cookies necessary for the service (authentication, language preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookie is set. Analytics are aggregated and anonymised.
